| When we meet Doug; we wanted to upgrade our home after many years building our Nissan Dealership. Doug spent nearly a year showing us homes. We just couldn.t find the right one; for us! | I have been working with Doug since late 2002. Doug brought a package of nine houses to my attention and suggested I buy all nine houses. Doug lease purchased all nine houses at a much higher value for a two year period. To my delight all but one occupant completed their lease purchase agreement. I have since co-invested with Doug in six and a half acres which are in the process of subdividing in Show low Arizona. Doug does what he says he.ll do! |
